Here are 3 videos to help you get to know the Pacific Team a little better before the 2015 CrossFit Invitational. In video 1 Pat Sherwood interviews the second- fittest woman in the world, Tia-Clair Toomey. Video 2 Pat chats with   five-time Games competitor and this years Pacific Team Coach, Rob Forte. In video 3, CrossFit HQ introduces all of the athletes who will be repping the Pacific Team this year.

Get pumped up for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Invitational, this year’s event will take place from 4-6 p.m. CET on Sunday, Dec. 6., at the Caja Mágica in Madrid.

This is just a quick partner workout that you can do with a mate, boy/girlfriend or training partner.

Ex1. Partner Pushups x 20
Ex2. Bum Lifts x 20
Ex3. Sit Up Claps x 20
Ex4. Rock pass x 20
Ex5. Stair Hops x 20

Do all exercises back to back in a circuit and then repeat 5 times.

IWF World Championships are well underway in Houston, TX! Check out two of the best weightlifters in the game prepping for competition.

Lu Xiaojun (~77kg, China)

  • Total: 380 kg (current world and Olympic record holder)

Tian Tao (~85kg, China)

“Limitations live only on our minds.”- True to her post in her Instagram account, Brooke Ence and Mat Fraser travel as far a Europe for their passion with CrossFit Competition.

“We are here to have as much fun as possible,” Ence says. “I’ve never been to Europe, Mat’s never been to Switzerland, and we like to be focused on the workouts at hand and the competition at hand, but we want to have memories of everywhere we go and all the people that we meet.”
